1. Returns

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Period:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. After approval, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
